Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms: All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. A 5% late fee per month applies to overdue payments.
Payments & Disputes: Payments may be processed automatically via Stripe subscriptions for recurring services or may be paid via bank transfer or Zelle for other arrangements. Clients must ensure their payment method is valid and up to date. Any billing concerns must be addressed with Chrysalis NYC before disputing a charge. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in additional fees.
Scope of Services: Services provided are as outlined in our agreement (Stripe Invoice or Document Invoice). Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately (but not without prior discussion and confirmation)
No Guarantees: While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as marketing success depends on various factors. You are paying for the work, not the outcome.
Refunds & Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable. A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of services.
Offboarding Process: If services are canceled, we will use the remaining resources available in your plan to ensure a smooth transition and set the client up for continued success.
Intellectual Property: All materials remain the property of Chrysalis NYC until full payment is received. After payment, the client has the right to use them as intended.
Liability & Protection: We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or business impact.
Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements will first be handled through direct discussion and as a very last result with go into binding arbitration in Kings County, NY
Termination: Either party may end services with a 30-day written notice. Chrysalis NYC reserves the right to discontinue services immediately if terms are violated. Additionally, we may cancel our agreement with any client who engages in behavior that is abusive toward our team or whose actions conflict with our company values.
Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of the State of New York, with jurisdiction in Kings County, NY.
